Background & Expertise

Background and expertise

My work is rooted in a solid academic and clinical foundation, combined with years of experience within an integrative and holistic practice.
This combination forms the basis of how I work.

Academic and clinical foundation

I hold a Master of Science degree in psychology, including psychodiagnostics, from Tilburg University.
My professional background includes extensive experience with evidence based therapeutic frameworks and focused psycho and trauma therapy.

Within this context, I have worked with a wide range of psychological and psychosomatic concerns, always seeing the person behind the symptoms.

Integrative and holistic training

Alongside my academic training in psychology, I am educated in orthomolecular therapy according to kPNI principles and in hypnotherapy.
This allows me to work beyond symptom reduction and address deeper layers of regulation, restoration and embodiment.

My approach is informed by knowledge of the body and psyche, nutrition and metabolic health, epigenetics, the nervous system and frequency based therapies.

Attuned rather than protocol driven

Rather than following fixed protocols, I integrate these perspectives carefully and intuitively.
Always attuned to the unique system, pace and capacity of each individual.

Ongoing education in areas such as gut health, mitochondrial function, hormonal balance and immune regulation is an integral part of my work.

Grounded and integrative guidance

This combination of science, clinical experience and holistic insight enables me to offer guidance that is both firmly grounded and deeply integrative.
Supporting sustainable vitality, integration and embodied wellbeing.
